January Ape here, I have been trying to teach myself about trading and with all of the information coming in my brain is getting close to full. I have been speculating as to how price action has been so non-existent the last few weeks as compared to the first 5 months of the year and I am looking for a few more to put in some collective wrinkles on the matter.

I would like to remain positive on the possibility that the SEC is at least attempting to do their job and build a case to persecute the market makers that are trying to drive AMC into the ground, but hope is still slowly fading at this point.

My singular wrinkle has been working overtime the last few weeks in an attempt to figure out how so much buying pressure has been kept off the market. The conclusion at which I have arrived is that since there are only 59-ish registered dark pools, that naked shorts and synthetic shares are either being produced in unregistered dark pools, or that the current existing buy orders are being bounced from one dark pool to another in order to avoid the “all-seeing” eye of the Short Enrichment Committee. If they can’t track the buy orders that are going unfilled them they can’t uphold that theory in court.

Can I get a few more wrinkles on the matter?

DD from Stockgrid IO suggests they are buying in the dark pool. They have bought 620 million more shares (by volume) than they have sold in the dark pool. You cannot have a buy without a sale unless a market-maker is selling non-existent sales. It cannot be volume, but shares, because volume sugests the shares are being traded back and forth, but these are shares bought that excede 620 million more than are sold.

If they aren’t being sold on the dark pool, and they are not being used to cover, then they are being held (why) or are being sold on the exchange to drive the price down.

This means thery have sold and must reconcile an amount of shares greater than the total number of legitimate shares in the entire company.

They have to buy them from the people they sold them to before they can even touch the shorts they have had to cover from borrowed shares.

It is possible that apes have more than 100 percent of the shares than exist in the real world. Every ape has the ability to hodl by himself, and get what he wants.

    it seems to me, anyway.
