I’m sure everyone has their numbers for when they are going to sell but for anyone that hasn’t mapped out an exit plan yet or just needs to see the numbers and possibilities, here’s a little spreadsheet I threw together for quick calculations. Feel free to use it, change it, or delete it. Doesn’t matter to me.
The tab called Progressive Sell Chart can be your friend.
If you decide to sell small percentages of your stocks at certain price levels, just set those price levels in column A and the percentage you are going to sell in column B and it will show you how much profit you will make along the way as well as count down how many shares you have remaining.
The sample scenario in the spreadsheet shows what it would look like if you had 200 shares and were selling little bits up until $20,000 but decided to leave about 5 shares behind to ride the rocket just in case AMC decides to rip to $500,000.
The tab called Price Chart is just a quick and handy lookup to see how much you are making at each level and how many shares to sell for that certain profit amount. It isn’t a progressive chart like the other tab but it will help for when we see the stock starting it’s climb and you want to quickly know how much to calculate.
I know I’m going to be too excited during the squeeze to run any calculations so I’m just referring back to the charts to keep me sane.
It’s nothing special but it’s at least something for anyone that hasn’t planned anything out yet. Hope it helps.
Good luck apes!!! 💰🙌🐵
** btw it doesn’t account for federal/state taxes so don’t forget to factor that in **
